I'm Lora, the founder of Concrete Egg. My career has taken me through winemaking, hospitality, entrepreneurship, marketing, and project management. While the industries have changed, the work has remained surprisingly consistent: understanding complex challenges, creating structure, and helping people move from planning to execution.

I started Concrete Egg in 2023 to help small businesses navigate websites, digital projects, customer experiences, and the countless moving pieces that come with running and growing a business. Whether it's identifying opportunities, organizing priorities, managing stakeholders, or guiding a project through launch, I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity.

And yes, the name is a nod to my former life in wine.
